Once your 45-minute guided tour has ended, enter our retail store, the largest in the midwest. Be overwhelmed by our selection of over 500 varieties of gourmet chocolates and candies, ready for gift-giving or self indulgence. Our friendly and knowledgeable tour guides will ensure your visit is a pleasant experience.
We welcome both large and small groups. We can accommodate motorcoach groups with a reservation, or enjoy a rest stop and shopping break at the Harry London factory when passing through our area. Extended motorcoach hours are available 9:00am to 4:00pm EST by appointment only.

Tour Information:
Call 1 (800) 321-0444 ext 119 to make a reservation. Tours are available April through June; Monday - Thursday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST. Friday tours will resume in July and Production may not be running during the April-June tours.

Tours commence every hour on the hour; year-round, Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm EST; except as noted above.

Yes, a friendly and knowledgeable tour guide leads each tour group.
Do you offer discounted tour tickets?
Our regular tour ticket for Adults and Seniors is $3. Children ages 3 to 18 are provided discounted tickets at $2 each. Admission for children under 2 years of age are free.
Does the Harry London Factory Tour align with the Ohio Proficiency Exam?

What are the Factory Store hours?
The Harry London Factory Store is open during all tour times. Regular store hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday. The Factory Store is closed on Sunday during most of the year.
How long does a tour take?
A full tour includes a video that is approximately 7 minutes long and a guided tour over the factory floor. Each tour takes 45 minutes to complete.
